Diagnosis

Two weeks of understanding the market, the customer, and the honest gap between what is being produced and what is actually converting. Nothing — creative, media, or otherwise — gets built before this is clear.

Build

The intense phase. I rebuild the creative. I run the paid media. I sharpen the offer and positioning. Your team learns by watching, then by doing. By the end, the practice lives inside your business — not on a document, but in your people.

03.

Handover

Your team runs the practice. I stay close for a defined window to sharpen what needs sharpening and catch what surfaces in week three of autonomy. Then you own the acceleration.
